Cmix Admin

This article will explain each feature in the Cmix Admin section 

Background

This section of the 'Survey Dashboard' is only accessible for Dynata employees. It allows Mixers (legacy Critical Mix system) to do the following:

  • Link a survey to its corresponding 'CX Number'
  • Add any internal notes

Accessing the 'Cmix Admin' Section

  1. Access the 'Survey Dashboard'
  2. Click on 'Cmix Admin' on the left
