MarketSight - Login Errors

Error Message

"Password reset link is invalid or expired. Please reset your password again, or contact your Account Administrator or MarketSight Customer Service."

Reason

To keep your account more secure, password reset links contained in MarketSight emails only work for a limited period of time after they are sent.

How to Solve
Use the “Forgot username or password?” link on the login page, or contact Customer Service.


Error Message

"Maximum number of failed login attempts reached. Please contact customer support."

Reason

To keep your account more secure, MarketSight will lock your account after  five failed login attempts.

How to Solve
This lock must be lifted by a system administrator. contact Customer Service.


Error Message

"Login failed. Please try again."

Reason

Your login or password may have been typed incorrectly, or your account may have expired.

How to Solve
If typing may have been an issue, please try again. If you are unable to recall your login information, use the "Forgot username or password?" link to retrieve it. If you believe your account has expired, please reach out to your account administrator or contact Customer Service.
