Sharing Data Views

Overview

Permissions allow you to specify users and groups who are able to see or even edit a data view. By default, all data views automatically assume the same permission settings as their parent dataset. By using permissions, users can share content with other MarketSight users by using Key Findings or a URL link. The link can be copied and pasted into an email, a PowerPoint presentation, or even embedded into a website. Users who you share the content with are required to enter their MarketSight login credentials. All permissions settings apply to shared content.
