Sharing Charts

Overview

MarketSight users can share content with others by Emailing a Link, getting a URL link, or by adding the item to Key Findings. When using the "Email a Link" option, no MarketSight login is required to view the content. Users who you share content with via a URL link or Key Findings will need to enter their MarketSight credentials in order to view the content.

Email a Link

1. Open the item you'd like to share
2. Click on the Share button
3. Select Email a Link
4. Enter email addresses to send links to (note: no MarketSight login is required to view items via this link)
5. Adjust the link expiration as needed (the link can expire after 1 day, 7 days, 30 days, or never)

Add a Single Item to Key Findings

1. Open the item you want to add to Key Findings
2. Click on the Share button
3. Select Add to Key Findings
4. Choose a folder to add your item to
5. Click OK

Get an Item's URL

1. Select or open the item
2. Click Share
3. Select Show URL
4. Copy the displayed URL
