Exporting Charts
MarketSight charts can be exported to four formats. Recent exports will appear in your Tasks list.

| PowerPoint 2007/2010 (.pptx) | Allows for the use of customized templates and creates a fully functional chart.The file type also works in current versions of PowerPoint. |
| PowerPoint 97/2003 (.ppt) | Does not allow for the use of customized templates, but does still create a fully functional chart.Works best for users who have older versions of PowerPoint. |
| Image format (.emf) | Allows for the use of customized templates, and creates an image that can be viewed or opened with any Microsoft Office application. |
For more information on creating a customized chart template, please see Chart Templates. If you are working with a tracking study, all files can be easily updated with MarketSight's PowerPoint ChartSync feature.
Export a Single Chart
- On the charts list page, open a chart
- Click Export, or
- When viewing a crosstab, create a chart from a row variable
- Click Export
Export Multiple Charts
- On the charts list page, select all charts you would like to export
- Click Export, or
- When viewing a crosstab with multiple row variables, click Batch Charting
- Select desired options
- Click Export
