Why am I not seeing any traffic?

  1. Feasibility: Projects can launch even if Dynata is not fully feasible for a project. After a universe sample is exhausted, traffic will decline.
  2. Target Group Paused by Samplify: When this happens, the client will get an email alert and the same alert will also be displayed on the Target Group on Samplify. You can fix the issues in the survey and launch the Target Group affected again to continue. Please see the list of reasons here that can trigger pause:
    • Low survey performance: Target Groups can be paused due to low survey incidence rate or high survey duration (length). When this happens, the client will get an email alert and the same alert will also be displayed on the Target Group on Samplify. The client can accept the changes and launch the target group again.
    • Higher Survey Duration than indicated in the Target Group
    • Survey Design - Surveys should maintain a good design experience. Not too many grid questions, open ends, etc.
    • Other performance criteria: Target Groups are paused if they failed to meet any of our performance criteria. When this happens, the client will get an email alert pointing out the issues and the same alert will also be displayed on the Target Group on Samplify. The client can fix the issues in the survey and launch the Target Group affected again to continue.
