I only asked for X number of completes but Samplify delivered more, will I be charged for this?

This happens when many people are in the survey at one time. Instead of kicking them mid-survey out once your Target Group N has been reached, they are allowed to complete and be credited for their time. We will be happy to adjust your invoice for you so you are only billed for the original number of target completes.
