Locales: Add a Locale
This article will help you add a Locale (language) to a survey.
From within the Survey Authoring Tool, open the 'Survey Settings' drop down menu at the top left.
Once the Localization card opens in the Editor Section you will see the default locale of your study. Under the default Locale you will see text area where you will fill out the CODE of your Locale. Fill this with any Integer you want to represent your Locale. In this example I choose 2 as my CODE.
Next select the language for your locale, click into the language drop down section and select the language for your locale. In this example I chose en-English.
Next we want to choose the Country for our locale. Click into the Country drop down section and select the country for your locale. In this example I chose, CA-Canada.
Next we can optionally set the locale to active by clicking on the switch in the “Active?” column. In this example I chose to have an active locale.
Last we want to click the New Localization button to Add our locale to our study
The end outcome will look as so
