Audit Process
Every survey that you take live on Dynata is subject to auditing by our internal team of experts. The internal team is experienced to flag any issues with the survey and pause fielding if it requires intervention from you.

Here are some common reasons for rejection:
| Wrong Language | The survey language does not match the selected project language |
| Incorrect Device Type | The survey is not optimized for all device types selected |
| Targeting under 18 | The target group is targeting for respondents below the age of 18 |
| Incorrect Category | The project category is incorrect |
| Sensitive Content | Considered Sensitive: Political Views, Sexual Orientation, Rare Illnesses, legal or illegal drug use, illegal activity |
| Adult Content | Considered Adult: Gambling, Tobacco, Alcohol use or anything with a legal minimum age |
| Explicit Content | Considered Explicit: Offensive or Graphic content depicting sex acts, pornography or violence |
| PII Collection | Collection of Personally identifiable data such as: name, address, email, telephone, government ID, Account/User Ids |
| Sweepstakes/Incentives | Surveys that offer additional support incentives for respondents |
| Downloads/Website Testing | Surveys that ask respondents to download apps or redirects outside of the original survey |
| Research on Research | Surveys that ask respondents about their survey taking experience |
| Incorrect Exit Links | Surveys that do not redirect back to our OK end page |
