Email Campaigns Overview

This article will give you a high level overview of the 'Email Campaigns' feature 


Background

Depending on the type of project you are working on, you may have a need to send emails yourself. This is usually the case when you are provided a Client List. These are usually individuals that have either provided their email address to the end client or or could be tied to a rewards program. 

When dealing with client list sample, you usually have your survey and email management held in two separate platforms. With the 'Email Campaigns' feature you have the ability to manage and send client list sample directly from your project. You will have the ability to:

  • Upload your sample list with all the data
  • Create custom email templates which give you the option to add images, pipe in information from your uploaded sample list
  • Manage sends 

Please note: 

  • There is currently a limit of one thousand emails per send
  • The default email address for all 'Email Sends' is: noreply@surveyemail.net
  • When uploading your sample file(s) you will notice this process may take a while. The system cleans your list during the upload process. 
  • The ability to send 'Reminders' is a manual process meaning you will create a new sample file with only those you want to send to. 
  • You also need to have a physical address in your 'Email Send' in order to comply with the CAN-SPAM act

Accessing 'Email Campaigns'

  1. Use the 'Navigation Menu' options within the project in question
  2. Select 'Email Campaigns' from the menu
