Interactive Reporting: Accessing Respondent Types

This article will provide the steps needed to access test data and other respondent types while working with Interactive Reporting

Background

Any time you access Interactive Reporting, the default data will be for Live Completes. This article will show you how to access the other options available such as:

• Test Data
• Term Data
• In-process Data

Instructions

To access test data, within Interactive Reporting, follow these steps:

1. Access Interactive Reporting: 
   • See article: Interactive Reporting: Accessing
2. Click on 'Datasets' on the top bar in green
3. Find your survey on the list
4. Right click over the project on the list and select 'Properties'
5. In the next screen that pops up, select 'Advanced Options' towards the middle
6. You can then update the 'Included Respondent Types' to include Test, Live or All in the drop-down
7. Select 'OK' at the bottom.
8. You will go back to the screen where you had the option to click on 'Advanced Options'. On this screen select 'Sync Now' 
9. Click 'OK' at the bottom of this screen also. Now you will have access to the test data.
