Branding a Survey

This article will show you how to brand your survey by adding an image to each page 


Background

In some instances, you may want to add your company logo to your survey. You may even want to brand it with your end clients logo instead. This article will go over these easy steps for you. 


Instructions 

  1. Log into the 'Build & Edit Tool' (formerly SAT)
  2. Upload your image to the survey
  3. Access the 'Default Text' menu 
    1. Click on 'Survey Settings' on the top left of the question tree
    2. Click on 'Default Text' 
  4. You have the ability to add your logo either at the top or bottom of every page of your survey. 
    1. If you would like to have the logo on the bottom of every page, access the 'Survey Footer' field
    2. If you would like it on the top of every page, access the 'Survey Header' field 
  5. Access the 'Text Editor' for the field you have selected by clicking on the icon next to it
  6. Insert the image 
  7. Click 'Save' when you are done. 
  8. Make sure to test and adjust as needed
