Update Your Real Answers Credentials

  1. Access Company Settings
  2. Go to the 'Real Answer Settings' section 
  3. Update your:
    1. REAL ANSWER USERNAME
    2. REAL ANSWER PASSWORD
    3. REAL ANSWER CLIENT ID 
    4. Click on the 'UPDATE' button
