Bulk Editing Quotas

This article will show you how to Bulk Edit Quotas 

Bulk Edit Quotas

You may have a large number of quotas and have the need to copy and paste them so you do not have to enter them one by one. In order to do so, follow the steps below:

  1. From the Build & Edit section, click on the quota page (a)  to open it (or on the 'Quotas' (b) under the Survey Settings section)
  2. The Quota Page card will open and you can see all of the quota limits. You can update them one at a time here OR you can do so from the Bulk Editor. 

  3. Click on the 3 dots on the top right and click on 'Bulk Edit' to view the list 

  4. Copy and paste your quotas into the cells needed and then click 'SAVE' when you are done. You will not be able to move or manipulate the grid, you will just be able to copy and paste from Excel, as an example. 

  5. Close out of your Quota Card
