Overview

Tasks allow you, your colleagues and your customers/clients to work together in a collaborative environment. They are a list of all feedback provided by any individual with access to the QA Tools. Tasks also have the ability to be filtered and sorted. In addition, you can update the status to utilize it as a to do list or even provide feedback to a Task added by somebody else. 

You can access Tasks from a variety of places to help you get access to all the information quickly.
