Questions Library: Favorites

This article will show you how to use the Favorites within Questions Library Management

You can make a Library a Favorite if you use it frequently. This will move it to your Favorites list so its easily accessible. 

Making a Library a Favorite

1. NOTE: If you have not used the Questions Library Management interface, please see: Questions Library: Getting Started
2. You will see a list of Libraries 
3. Find the specific one you would like to make a Favorite 
4. Click on the star icon next to it 
5. This will shade the star and make it a Favorite. You will see that it appears in 2 spots:
   1. The original folder
   2. In your Favorites folder 
      
6. Now this Library is readily available to you and you have fewer libraries to go through to find them, if needed 

Removing a Library from your Favorites

1. NOTE: If you have not used the Questions Library Management interface, please see: Questions Library: Getting Started
2. You will see a list of Libraries 
3. Find the specific one you would like to remove as  Favorite
4. Click on the star icon next to it 
5. This will unshade the star and remove it as a Favorite. 
   1. It will remain in its original folder
   2. It will be removed from your Favorites folder and the star icon will not be shaded
   
6. Now this Library has been removed as a Favorite.
