Adding a Quota Check While Programming
In order to add a quota check:
- Click on the 'Add a Custom Logic Page' button on the lower left of the question tree
- On the window that pops up, click on 'Quota Check'
- Then click on the 'OK' button
- You will now see that the Quota Check page now appears in the question tree
- To access the quotas, click directly on the 'Quota Check'
- You will now have a blank quota check grid on the main screen
- Click on the 'EDIT QUOTAS' button
- You will now see the 'EDIT QUOTAS DEFINITION' window with all available items to be able to check quotas against.
- NOTE: It is important to note that this will ONLY allow you to check quotas against questions/variables before the location the logic block check has been inserted.

- If you wanted to have a quota check on (S1 and Age in this case), check on the box next to it
- You will be able to choose between ROW (appearing by default) & COLUMN for every Question/Variable (having one displayed per ROW and one per COLUMN, will offer an interlocked view in addition to the overall counts)
- Click on the 'SAVE' button
- You will now see the updated grid
- You can enter the quotas here
- Close the card when you are done
- You can add as many quota checks as your survey needs
- NOTE: These quota grids will appear on the 'QUOTAS' tab of the Survey Dashboard. You will be able to adjust the quota numbers there at any time
